Shipment Processing Time

False Nine processes orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 5 business days of ordering and shipped out the following day after processing.

Our products are sourced directly from Vietnam, and international shipping typically takes 25-30 working days. Please allow sufficient time for delivery.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be active within 24 hours.
